Your courses will be laid on an elegant & appetizing spread. Proper dishes will be provided to maintain the integrity and quality of your food. Servers will be provided to maintain cleanliness, keep food at proper temperatures, refill food and drink stations as necessary, and bus tables. You and your guest will be able to serve yourselves at your leisure.
-FAMILY STYLE ($77 /person)
For your dinner; each entrée will be brought to your tables on large cool vintage serving platters and placed on your tables so that you and your guests can serve yourselves family style. You grab the platter of food while seated, take your portion of food, and pass it down just like thanksgiving dinner. This option is very interactive and a great way for your guests to interact with one another.

Your dinner course is brought by servers to your guests at each table. Your tables will then have a dedicated server that will be available to you and your guests for the remainder of dinner service. (just like a typical restaurant)
