*A Grill Master Chef that will prepare and grill your food on site over and open
*Four-piece dinnerware, silver cutlery with a cloth napkin and glass cup
-BUFFET STYLE ($59/person): Your courses will be laid on an elegant & appetizing spread. Proper dishes will be provided to maintain the integrity and quality of your food. Servers will be provided to maintain cleanliness, keep food at proper temperatures, refill food and drink stations as necessary, and bus tables. You and your guest will be able to serve yourselves at your leisure.
-FAMILY STYLE ($69/person): Your Dinner will be brought to your tables on serving platters and placed on your tables so that you and your guest can serve yourselves family style. Once each course is finished, your platter will be removed and replaced with your next course until your meal is concluded.
-PLATED SERVICE: ($79/person): Your dinner course is brought by servers to your guest at each table. Your tables will then have a dedicated server that will be available to you and your guest the remainder dinner service. (just like a typical restaurant)
